It is not uncommon for pet owners and their pets to visit area hospitals, nursing homes, schools and children's facilities on a regular basis. Visitations to the elderly, the ill and the disadvantaged youth of our community can be a bright spot in their day and serve to enrich their lives.

There are many studies linking animals to the physical and emotional well being of humans, and there is no better medicine than a wagging tail that is happy to see you.
