It's easy to take giant strides to help animals during Be Kind to
Animals Week. Here's how:
-
Ask friends, relatives,
co-workers and businesses to sponsor you as you "walk your tail
off for the animals." Our goal is to raise $85,000 in
donations.
(Click here to download the donation collection form)
-
Meet at Prairie View Park on May
3. Take I-94 to exit 78, head south on Portage Road 7.1
Miles, turn right onto U Avenue. The park is 1/2 mile down
on the right.
-
Participants may walk or run the
course anytime between 9:00am and 1:00pm. Please check in at
the registration tent on the day of the walk.

The main walk route is
approximately two miles through beautiful Prairie View Park in
Vicksburg.
Volunteers will be posted at checkpoints along the route to cheer
you on. Water will be available for pets and their companions
at all checkpoints and the main event area. The route will be
continuously monitored by KHS personnel and volunteers to offer
assistance, if needed.
