We're looking for a part-time Licensed Veterinary Technician / Veterinary Assistant to work in our fast-paced, high-volume spay and neuter clinic. We need someone who is capable, but also compassionate and mission-motivated.
Position Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Director of Operations, this part-time position assists with routine pre-surgical and post-operative care of animals in a high-volume spay and neuter clinic.
Requirements:
Two years experience in surgical anesthesia, preferably in a large volume practice.
Must be comfortable handling cats and dogs with another technician for anesthesia purposes.
Experience in anesthetic induction, intubation, and anesthetic monitoring.
