KHS is open, mostly.

We're so excited to be back in the office! We have a lot to catch up on and we know that you have questions. Here we'll try to tackle the questions we know you have. Feel free to message us or call us with anything else not covered here.


Hours

We're open Monday- Friday 9am to 5pm; closed weekends and holidays.

Emergency Pet Food Bank hours are Tuesday and Thursday, 10am to 3pm.


Spay/Neuter Scheduling and Rescheduling

At this time we are not accepting new appointment requests. We have a backlog of surgeries to reschedule that were canceled due to COVID-19. As soon as we are able to schedule new appointments, we'll be announcing that via our website and social media. You can follow us on Facebook, or sign up as a site member on our website to get the updates as soon as they're available.


If you had a canceled appointment and still have money on your account, we will be calling you to get rescheduled. We are making calls in the order of the cancelations. Those who had appointments canceled first will be called back first.


Phones

Our phones will be on Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm. If you are getting a voicemail message during open hours, our staff is busy helping other clients. We expect our phones will be very busy during this first week back to the office. Please use our website chat or facebook messenger to communicate with us if needed.


Lobby

Our lobby is closed indefinitely, and all services are being provided curbside. Please have a mask on remain in your vehicle when you arrive. We will have staff and/or signs in the parking lot to help you get the fastest service possible.


Flea and Heartworm Medication

You can prepay by phone and schedule a pickup, or soon we hope to offer online sales and shipping.


Payments

We are trying to reduce in-person payments, so please pay for services by phone or on our website as available. If you must pay in person, credit cards are preferred. Cash or check payments will still be accepted.


We'll make another annoucement about accepting new appointments as soon as we know we can schedule them. If you have any questions or concerns, please call us, or reach out to us online. We will be trying to help as many people as possible by phone to limit visits to our office.
